At EVEREVE, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print & Pack

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are included.

Ship It Back

Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment.
